AURA Pro is currently available for pre-order. We expect to begin shipping in Q2 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Every AURA Pro comes with the headphones, a premium carrying case, a USB-C charging cable, a 3.5mm audio cable for wired listening, and a flight adapter.
If you are not completely satisfied with your AURA Pro, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes driver failure, structural defects, and electronic malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or normal wear.
Yes. A 3.5mm audio cable is included for wired listening. When connected via cable, the headphones deliver hi-res audio up to 40kHz and can be used even when the battery is depleted.
Firmware updates are delivered through the AURA companion app, available on iOS and Android. The app will notify you when an update is available. Updates are installed wirelessly over Bluetooth.
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all AURA Pro orders. Delivery times vary by region: 3-5 business days for North America, 5-10 business days for Europe, and 7-14 business days for other regions.
