By accessing or using the AURA website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Pre-Orders and Payments
Pre-orders are subject to availability. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge the full amount at the time of order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund. Prices are subject to change before the official launch date.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. AURA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
You may return your AURA Pro within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by AURA. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
AURA Pro comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted through our support channel.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of AURA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
